Happy 6th Annivesary

Finally there's something happy to share...

Today is the 6th Anniversary, is a busy day for me...
Early in the morning went back to office, Anniversary Day working??? Ya lor, coz Thursday on MC and had to go back to clear all those backlog..

Back at 2 plus and Shaney was awaked.. Make a cup of noodle for her and i fall asleep at the sofa.. hahaha.. Really tired...

And there after, is my open house! Ttly shock at the crowded, there are more than 15 families coming.. and is sold!! Eer... Yeah, the selling price met our expectation and we are happy about it..

Since we have not much time to travel far, we decided to have our dinner at Ichi Ban Sushi.. We all having a good meal there and Shaney have her favourite egg sushi, udong and chawanmushi.. 

Is a simple day but yet something to happy about... Hope to have another good news coming up to share soon..

2 Day 1 Nigh Batam Trip

14 & 15 May 2011, PoPo, Gong Gong, Er yi Ma, Kai Sim Jie Jie, Si yi ma, Miko Jie Jie, Daddy, Mummy and Shaney went for a short weekend trip..

This trip was abit unpleasant.. We supposed to board the ferry at 9.20am, reached at 8.20am at the Batam Fast counter, the place was extremely crowded.. We queued for around 20 mins and was asked to move forward as our ferry is going to depart soon.  We went over to the queue to fetch the ferry and while checking on the ticket.. we found that there’s only 2 ticket issued and was asked to pay $40 for the tax. We quickly went over to the counter again while the others still in the queue and to our surprise, the Ferry had gone…

The counter staff isnt that friendly after all to resolve our issue rather than pushing responsibility to other staff.. Where there are no staff coming to tell us what are we suppose to do and making us standing there and wait.. Feel really frustrated on the situation and called the agency what’s going on.. And the agency told us to wait a while and their operation side is going to change the Ferry to a later timing.. No choice, just have to wait and really feel irritated by their pushing responsibility..

We manage to get the 10.50am ferry and off we go.. We reached there, the Indonesia tour guide told us that they will fetching us to “Tibits” stall and lunch..

During the lunch, just before we wanted to sit down, the table next to us make a big scream.. there was a big fat lizard falling off from the ceiling and crawling all over floor.. OMG! how can we eat peacefully after that..

We have black pepper prawns, “gong gong”, Chili crab, Fry kailan, lala soup, fish and egg for lunch.. We have coconut drinks too.. the food isnt that fantastic as what i thought.. Anyway.. this is a cheap deal so wont expected much… After lunch we went to those dried goods stall to purchase dried scallop..etc. We went to Batam City square and were told to walk for 45mins.. and the rest will be arrange massage for them while we have to continue our shopping at the shopping centre till they have finished their massage..

Mummy had ten requested to let us check in first rather than shopping for another 3 hrs… Reaching the hotel is the most relaxing part… We went for a swim and get ready for our dinner…

The dinner is another hip cups.. We went to the hotel restaurant and were asked for voucher where the tour guide did not pass anything to us.. Hence it took some time for them the verified.. After getting a sit and ordered our food, we are not served anything after 30 mins of waiting while those that came after us have already had their dinner.. Other agency had actually help their tour to bring their dinner rather tan the them serving us first, hence, we had went to self service rather if not we wont be serve anything even an hour later…

After which we went for an hour karaoke session and Massage… This is rather hectic tan relaxing… We only manage to get our hotel room at only 11pm Singapore timing. Shaney was extremely tired…

The next day, Shaney as usual wake up early and we went for an early swim, have our breakfast and get ready to check out.. took the bus to Ferry Terminal and went for our lunch at Pizza Hut at the nearby Shopping Mall.. Didnt really manage to go shopping as we are too afraid to miss the ferry again… Hence went over to Ferry Terminal to wait..

It was really tired and we all doze off during the ferry back. Shaney is the only energetic one that didnt fall asleep.

Overall, this is a very good experience for us.. Thought that it would be relaxing one rather than too many hip cups coming up… The most enjoyable part is the swimming and Karaoke session…
