BYE 2008.. WELCOME 2009

Today is the last day of 2008 and I still have to go back office for a full day work… Daddy is at home taking care of Shaney, how I wish I could accompany my bao bei too.. but mummy wanna save leave lor, coz if really in need of leave and don’t have is very miserable kind of thing..

Had glanced thr all the blog that I had posted.. See the growing stage of my little girl, I felt pleased… at least is something that I’m proud of . Proud of what? Proud being a mother of my beloved Shaney.. YES!! I had never ever came to my mind that I will have a child myself.. before having my little girl, I was just those ppl that will see wat’s next for tomorrow.. Future?? Never came across my mind.. hahaha.. but now, I have to think, really sit down, take out a pc of paper and plan for our future.. Yes! “OUR” future.. FUTURE OF MY FAMILY..

Looking back at those pictures, Shaney 1st contest, my 1st mother day celebration, brought Shaney for her 1st swim, 1st visti to kid salon for her hair cut, our 1st Autumn festival, Shaney 1st lantern, Shaney 1st trial class at Baby Jumper Gym, her 1st birthday celebration, her 1st visti to zoo, 1st Christmas Party… Is really great!! Thanks Lydia for pushing me to blog, is really nice to look back on my own blog sometime, looking back on what we had done..

CNY is coming, and is another busy event.. now, busy tidy up my place.. taking Shaney new clothes out to wash before she could wear for the New year.. PoPo going to move back to Teck Whye, so will have to bring Shaney here and there again..

Hope that 2009 will be a better year for my family… Hope Shaney will have grown up healthily, dun fall sick so often, will bring Shaney for more 1st time.. look out for my blog ya..

Sunday 28 December, Christmas is over, now we are looking forward to CNY.. heee...

Shaney was having gastric flu on Sat, not very serious, with running nose.. actually wanna bring her out but doctor say better let her stay at home, so just drop the idea...

But we manage to bring her to Sheng Shong at 10 mile junction at night to buy some grocery. On the way there, she keep showing funny faces to the people who sits opposite us in the LRT, keep waving at them.. everyone looks at her and laughing their way.. Shaney, you are so loving, you are my precious little darling...

Before going to bed, Shaney still very active playing with her stuff, lotion, wet tissue, powder...

Boxing Day

I had went back to work early morning, Is another tiring day..
Mummy going to bring Shaney to kai kia again.. heee.. when I reach home, Shaney already ready dressed up waiting for Mummy.
While waiting for Merry Auntie and Doreen Auntie to fetch us, mummy had gave little Shaney some rice coz afraid that she will feel hungry soon.

Phone rings… Ya! They are reaching soon, Shaney gave Daddy a kiss and say goodbye to him and we went off…
On our way to Ryan Uncle house, Shaney was sitting quietly with Auntie Merry, “this is not her usual self” is just that she haven warm up yet… hahaha

Uncle Ryan mummy really a good cook!! She had prepare porridge for Shaney and she cook alot of dish for us!! yummy!! The sheepherb pie was great!! I really love it!!

Shaney meeting new friends, who is he? He’s Ryan Uncle’s eldest son, Andre. He’s only 2 weeks older tan Shaney. Andre had a little brother that is only 2mths old, Mitchell, didn’t get to take picture of him and Shaney coz I’m afraid that Shaney will go and touch didi eyes… etc. Next time when didi grow older, mummy tan take picture with you and didi k..

Merry Christmas 2008

YA! Today is 25 Decemeber 2008, Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

Before giving birth to Shaney, my Christmas is always partying outside with friends, but today, this is my first time celebrating with FAMILY..

I had long suggested this Christmas party since November, and really hope everyone can be present that day..

Early morning, i had went to market to buy all necessary food for the party, reached home and start preparing immediately. The party starts at around 2pm and all the way..

This is the 1st Christmas tree in my family. Maybe we are not christian, therefore, Christmas to us is just another public holiday.. but why out of sudden to celebrate? Uhmm, maybe I got Shaney and want her to enjoy the party bar.. hahaha. Look at the present below!! heee.. later we will give it out after the party.

Wow!! look at the food!! Guess what we have?? okay.. let me name down..
We got 2 log cake (1 was given by my sis frnd in Madarine hotel), honey baked ham, sushi, chicken cutlet, tempura, spaghetti, ministone soup, potato salad, vegetable salad, agar agar, salmon sashimi, hotdog and taiwan sausage cocktail, fruit wine and sparkling juice for the kid..

Okay, let's start our first game. What's that?? Yap! Treasure hunt!! Mummy had put those pc of paper in the morning!! hahaha.. Let's have 2 groups.. Wow!! how can?? All the mummy 1 group and the kids another group?? OK for you gals?? everyone agreed and We start our treasure hunt.. Aiyo, dun mess up my bed ya!! kekeke.. I was Carrying Shaney following them and busy taking Videos... This is Group A

And this is group B. Guess who won??? Ya!! Is group A, All the mummies won!!

Alright, we start our 2nd game.. this game is suggested by Miko Jie Jie coz she used to play this in her school. Is a easy one.. Each side sits 3 person, you can change your position and make a person to sit infront. there will be 2 person holding the big cloth, after counting 3 when the cloth drop, you have to say the name of the person sitting in front.. hahaha...

Now, 3rd game and the last one.. This, Shaney can play with us, we will pass around a present, when music starts, once it stops if you are holding the present, you have to get a punishment from the Santa hat.. hahaha.. mummy only got punish once le.. heee.. maybe i carrying Shaney, they give me chance lor.. PoPo get the most punishment and her punishment is all related to eat.. hahahaha..

Okay, now end of the games.. is giving present time.. actually thought each brought one present to exchange, however, it became mother buy for all kind of thing... so each family will buy 1 present for each and everyone.. We all got alot of presents... Especially Shaney.. Auntie Cecille and Auntie Karen and brought you Christmas gift too.. Big thanks to them.. :)

Christmas Eve

Mummy had Mac pancake set with Orange juice this morning, is a treat from my manager.. Yummy and thanks so much.. Had brought my colleagues some muffin for our tea break and we have free lunch from co.. WA! So nice.. heee. Went off earlier tan usually as our director had granted us earlier release.. thought to have a nap but just couldn’t get to sleep. Maybe too excited for tomorrow party.. sat down on my dinning table thinking about tomorrow Treasure hunt games instead.

Ally would like to go to causeway point as need to check with Singtel some matters, since, we got nothing to do at home, just bring Shaney go lor..

First time took bus to causeway point, took 922 from my place and change 187. Shaney was shouting away while we are inside bus 922, luckily is a feeder service with not a lot of passengers. We are lucky to meet this handsome KoKo while we are in 187. He played with Shaney all the way.. and Shaney was smiling, waving and playing with him all the way till we reached. It was raining while we reached Causeway, Mummy had forgotten to bring umbrella along that day, luckily we have shelter all the way.

We had our dinner at soup restaurant, is a suggestion from Ally and since is a Christmas eve, why not give ourselves a better treat!! Yummy.. Eat again.. hahaha.. We had their famous chicken, the one with Ginger and veg to go along, their famous prawn with tofu (like chili crab style), Fan shu ye, broccoli with mushroom, Vension with Ginger and spring unions and fis slice.. All the food is so nice that mummy had 1 and half bowl of rice.. WA! Growing fat this season.. hohoho..

Chtistmas Party at Karen Toh's House

20 Dec, Sat, Mummy brought Shaney to PoPo house early morning coz Daddy is working again.. look at Shaney happy face, it was really sunny and I let her wear her sunglass.. heee

We went to plaza to buy sum stuff after that, at aro 4pm, Since Shaney had fall asleep, Rachel, Ann and me deided to "Shop" NTUC.. hahaha.. We can shop for 1.5hrs.. I rush home after that coz we are going to Karen Auntie hse for Christmas Party... This is Shaney 1st Christmas Party.. she's happy when i changed her to her dress.. think she can sense that we are going Kai Kai again..

Karen has really put in a lot of effort on this party, preparation of the goodie bags, the foods, the presents.. really really appreaciate.. we had a good time and Shaney really enjoy the accompany of all the kids around.. heee..

Company Christmas Dinner at Red house

This is my first year with Cameron and we had organised a Christmas Dinner at Red house, Gift exchange was done in the office. I had choosen Merry and had brought her a hello kitty key chain and a towel.. Uhmm, think she a fans of hello kitty, notice she using hello kitty wallet.. hope she like it.

I got my prsent from Mr Teo, he's daughter had help her to buy, guess wat?? is a gift set from body shop.. Body gel and a white mask lotion.. I like the white mask smell.. is really nice.. THANKS SO MUCH!!

We had alot at the dinner.. Lobster sashimi, bamboo clamps, fish, crabs, drunken prawns, fried rice, to fu and my favourite desert.. Mango pomelo.. Yummy yummy..

Dinner at Red House

This is the first night I went out without Shaney.. when going to finish, mummy still called to check out the situation at home.. Shaney was always very well behave when mummy is not around, is the same this time.. Was glad!!

Reached home, saw Shaney walking around with her pyjams, she must be thinking, where is mummy? I want to latch and sleep liao?... heee. Faster get myself clean up and let my Darling sleep.. Cant sleep that night.. think i had too full... hahaha

Barney in Bukit Panjang Plaza

Thursday, 18 Dec, Mummy had planned to bring Shaney to watch Barney.. This time is planned, so will go early to have a comfortable sit inside instead of standing around. Looking forward to go home, took camera and off i went to Plaza to meet PoPo, Daddy, Bina and Shaney. We had our dinner there and headed down to the stage to wait for Barney!! We have to make purchase of S$30 in order to take picture with Barney, didnt know is limited to no. of pax only.. Mummy still happily go NTUC to purchase some stuff in order to let Shaney take pictures with Barney.. Uhmm, when i went for redemption, it stated, fully redeemed.. so sad..
